Sold, Fluke 199C , with problems

Unit works sometimes, when it does it displays a trace in both chanels as seen in the pics.
But sometimes refuses to boot alltogether, just a faint beep.
I spend quite a bit of time trying to troublesoot to no avail.
Qute frankly tired of it. Comes with pouch and power brick.
Yours for $250 plus shipping.
