This power supply was removed from a lab some time ago. Unfortunately I have no way of testing it as it requires a 3 phase supply, however it appears in excellent condition and I have performed some basic checks. None of the internal fuses are blown and there is no smell or charred burnt areas on any of the PCB's or inside of the top panel. I also charged the main DC bus up to nominal voltage and while the unit did not power on (there are multiple taps from the 3ph to check the supply is suitable, etc so this is expected), there was no indication of unusual current draw from the unit.
It is assumed working but sold as seen as no guarantee can be made on this.
Collection from Sheffield only due to weight.
Price: £240
Sorry everyone made a mistake with the price - updated accordingly, was intending to list at £400.
nice beast and nice price. Unfortunately I am un USA
The beast is still for sale.
Dropped to £275, this is a bargain given the condition and preliminary testing.
Are you shipping to Germany?
If so, how much would the shipping cost be?
I'm not sure how I would find anything strong enough to guarantee it's safety I'm afraid, really it needs a crate if it's to be shipped as it's so heavy.

OK, fair enough.
And since brexit it is no more fun to import from the UK either.
Just out of curiosity, how heavy is this PSU?
Price drop again, hoped this would have gone by now.
Can somebody buy this?
I am temped to book a flight to UK and grab it!
13 kg is not too heavy for shipping.
Can you call UPS and ask them for a quote?
If it is not too expensive, I am interested.
you could pack it first with some foam or bubble wrap and cardboard around it.
And then into a larger box with lots of protection.
UPS is usually a good carrier from the UK to Germany and reasonable prices.
Maybe you find a way, so Zucca does not have to come over from the US.
