Good service from Trio Smartcal

Hi there,
I'm usually a lurker, not a poster but I wanted to register and relay a good purchase experience I had.
I purchased one of the agilent U1241A ex-demo multimeters from trio smartcal, and it arrived last Tues.

Unfortunately the unit had a busted backlight (minor I know, but they were advertised as fully working).
After a couple of phone calls to the supplier, they agreed it was faulty and arranged a courier to pick it up next day.
4 working days later, I have a fully working unit, no angst or chasing them up at all.

Compared to my other faulty gear experiences, this is exceptional service.
Thanks Trio Smartcal, I'll definitely be looking to you for future purchases.

BTW the "ex-demo" DMM's that they sent me were for all intents and purposes brand new units, everything still sealed, plastic film still on displays etc.

You often read about peoples poor service experiences but not the good ones so I thought I'd make the effort.
