I have one from this seller coming my way (via eBay Global Shipping) for my Keithley 2015. Once I replace it I can post the before/after results here.

They no longer sell the DD-51(K2001, K2400 etc) either. So if you find them, hoard them!

You can get the DD-52 direct from the OEM Newhaven for 25$ plus shipping, part number C29-1305N.
Email nhtech@newhavendisplay.com for a quote, you pay by paypal  or CC. I got a set this week and my 6485 is back up and running.
They possibly also have the DD-51, but I don't know the part number. It's printed on a sticker at the back of the display if you have one.

IIRC, there are two versions for the 2001 and 2002. One has inline pins, and one has staggered or zig-zag pins.
