It helps that it's an old account, despite the limited amount of posts.  That being said, adding some pictures may help, so people can see what they're buying.

There seems to be a trend of posting ads without pictures, which I don't quite understand. In my experience, 'good condition' can mean a lot of different things on the internet. I've bought equipment with that description ranging from indistinguishable from brand new, to junk pulled from a dumpster and looking like it.
