Looking for SiC blue LEDs

For my collection, I'd like to snag a few SiC blue LED's. I've been looking around but haven't seen any but I think what I'd like to know is the part numbers of some of them, so they may appear on the usual places. Anyone have some good part numbers for these? Thanks!
