Looking to get rid of stuff I wont use, sensors, motor controllers, RF....
TopherTheME:
I first got into electronics when I was an undergrad through robotics as that just seemed like the thing to do at the time given by RC car/plane/helicopter background. However, my interests have changed quite a bit since then so I've got a bunch of stuff just sitting around related to robotics which I mostly likely will never use again. Just off the top of my head I have:
1x pololu serial motor controller
1x mini pololu serial motor controller
2x pwm (like servo) motor controllers w/dc motors and gear boxes
1x parallax hm55b fluxgate (magnetometer)
1x RF transmitter and receiver module
1x basic stamp II homework board (not sure if I want to get rid of this, my first uC board)
and a few standard sized servos lying around here and there
I'm not necessarily looking to sell the stuff but would like to see if anyone is interested in exchanging parts (or tools!) or if there are some fellow poor students looking for cheap parts for their project. If you're interested in anything, drop me a PM or a post and maybe we can work something out.

Sure, I'll try and post some more pics and info later tonight.

Where are you?
JohnS_AZ:
Is a Pic Kit 1 still good? I mean, is there still supported software out there for it?

There's "PICkit Classic" which lets you just blast a HEX file to the target device; I used that for my last project, since the 20-pin PIC I was using isn't supported for programming directly from MPLAB with the PICkit 1. I'm still using the MPLAB release that came with the board, though; not sure if newer MPLAB versions support such abuses (it's only a 16-pin DIP socket on the board) or have dropped the PICkit 1 entirely.
