I didn't see anywhere to put free software links, I hope this is the right place.

Has anybody got this to work? The link on the website doesn't work, it gives me a page not found error. However, if I edit the URL slightly to make it version 1.3.0 Instead of 1.3.1, I am able to download that. However, when I try to run it, it says it can't run because it can't download some file that it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
