Plastic switch lever for HP 8640 / 8903

I'm looking for a plastic switch lever for a the ground/float slide switch in an HP8903A. It's identical to the RF out on/off switch in the HP8640 which has HP part number is  08640-40052 but the attached picture may be more useful:

find someone with a 3d printer.  How big is it?  If you were in the states I would print it for you.
