quesrtion. can I sell a voucher that google sent me

As i signed up for adsense google decided that I should spent that hard earnt money on advertising with them. Well I was sent a £50 voucher and given £30 on signing up. I used those and not really bothered about doing ads again.

Now they have sent me a £100 voucher (code) does anyone know if i can sell this ? or rather can it be used by another person or is it specific to my account ?
