used for a little bit and in perfect condition. comes with both probes and probe accessories. comes with original box (US version, not grey market version, with the original USA power cord). I bought this about a year ago and have not had any issues with excessive noise. I "upgraded" this to 100Mhz and the upgrade worked perfect.
