And second "best" another seller with 169$, plus 12$ shipping.

And so currently looks to hold the lead as ebay " Offer "

In my opinion paypal are totally out of control and can't be trusted.

Both are out of control, Ebay & Paypal , they are one, and the same.

The Germans ebay users had started to ban Paypal ,  but Germany its an large market by it self.
The Germans can find anything locally ( ebay shops ) and pay with Euro locally.
