I purchased mine from DX (it was about the time they were largely pulled off ebay and before the US price dropped).

No problems with my order, only things of note are they declared the value as about $12, and the box was completely wrapped in packing tape. :)
Just be sure to pay the extra few bucks to send it EMS.

Downside is that the included documentation is all chinese and i'd have my doubts about getting warranty service. (although i modded mine, so i really have no expectation of warranty anyways)

If you're in the US i'd probally just buy from tequipment.net.

Same.  Got mine about the same time.  They require EMS for the Rigol.  Modded mine as well.

I ordered mine on 10/20, the tracking says it has been shippen from China on 10/22 with destination Italy, but since then, no news... Now I'm starting to worry; even if it's cheap, it's not an amount I'd loose without a tear! I'll ask them.

PS: an useful info their customer support gave me: the right tracking site is http://intmail.183.com.cn/item/trace/itemTraceAction.do, I don't know why they linked another page.

I bought mine there, took about a month to get it. The tracking did not work.
