Wanted: Cheap DC Power Supply, USA (GA)

I'm looking for an inexpensive, used DC bench power supply, not a foreign knockoff that may catch fire. I don't care if it's very old or has cosmetic dings and scuffs as long as it works and is relatively accurate. If you have an old supply laying around your bench that doesn't get much use, perhaps you can help me out as I don't have any power supplies to work with.

I prefer one with variable controls for voltage and current with displays for each (analog or digital is fine). Coarse and fine controls would be great for fine tuning, but not mandatory. 0-30+ volts should suffice and maybe 0-5+ amps. If it can do more, I won't say no. I do prefer one that can do small amounts though, I don't need high voltage for anything.

I will be using this mainly for testing small consumer electronics around the house I'm fixing/restoring, or for small electrolysis/plating projects.
