I'm looking for basic documentation that is included with the PR100's retail packaging, mainly the CD and the content thereof. The product website didn't have the manual or PRView software available (or at least when I searched), and I had limited luck with finding any manual later than 2009/firmware 2.0 for the thing. R&S customer support probably thought my ticket was a joke, so I guess I should ask for help here.

In short, I'm looking for the following information:
_Manual more recent than 2009 for firmware 5.00 and/or 6.30.
_Content of CD included with the retail packaging.
_PRView supporting PR100.
_How to back up installed option codes.
_Firmware 5.00 and/or 6.30 image(s).

Any help is appreciated.

There are lies, damned lies, statistics - and ADC/DAC specs.
Glider pilot's aphorism: "there is no substitute for span". Retort: "There is a substitute: skill+imagination. But you can buy span".

Thank you.

It looked like DIY is pretty much the only option I have now. At least the 2009 version of the manual still has relevant documentation that I can still do useful stuffs with the receiver.

I think stuff about the PR100 is probably not published because the main users of that device are military and other government authorities. Even for the new PR200 they dont offer a downloadable manual. When logged in at R&S Gloris with a business account there are just marketing brochures available.

Pretty much since those are the entities that could afford the PR100 and the options available ($20-30k something). That said, my unit used to belong to a communication company that sets up towers and whatnot. Not sure how big they were, but a few units were in use at one point.
