I think I have a pdf I found somewhere, may be of some help (see attachment)
No circuit diagrams but the block dia may help a little

I already have the users manual, cant find the service manual to adjust the alignment back into calibration.

Someone, somewhere must have a copy?, well apart from GwInstek.. lol

I had it on my HD as I have a ISOTECH ISR 650 (Rebadged GW). I had no luck finding a service manual either.You may hve more luck searching for the Isotech equivalent probably ISR 658 or contacting RS.Good Luck

Hi, if have any of you have the circuit diagram/service manual for the GW GOS 635G , can you share the same please.  Thanks.  I have the GOS 635G and have the issue of an occasional/intermittent horizontal jitter of the waveform.
