Oh well ...
I recently had the Protek HC5050E analog meter in my hands. No CAT rating, but supposed to measure 3.3 kVpp, cheap probes almost falling apart, cheap plastic case, 250V fuse - for 3.3 kVpp. Do you really want to sell stuff like that?
