Can you widen your search to include the HP 5316B Universal Counter. DC to 100MHz, plus Option 003: C Channel 50 to 1000MHz prescaled by 10?

At the moment I would extend the search towards other timestamp capable devices like Pendulum CNT-90/91, Fluke PM6696, Tek FCA3100, Piktime MTC108 etc.
