WTB: Customized IC for Fluke 867B graphical multimeter and Fluke 196 scopemeter

Hello friends, I recently had very bad luck, my Fluke 867B graphical multimeter and Fluke 196 scopemeter stopped working. The saddest thing is the customized IC is broken. I google a lot but no good luck. there is no these ICs in market. So I try here, if you have any new or used, or these meters in spare parts condition please let me know.

I need IC U30 for 867b, Fluke Stock Number 946017

IC N4000 for 196, Fluke Stock Number oq0256

I have a Fluke 43B without LCD. There is a OQ0256HP inside. But i dont know if there is something else broken.
