Those are for sockets, not the cables.

The usual optic vendors have them, although most folk who would consider buying them have an excessive supply already.

Random example:

I have already asked, nobody has them.
This kind of caps are provided when you buy an HBA card.

Do you have dimensions for them?  Do you have access to a 3d printer?

Seems like an ideal way to manufacture a few, especially if you used a flexible filament.  I know I could do it, but without the part, the thing they plug into, or dimensional drawings, it would be near impossible for someone of my skill to get the fit right on the first try.  That said, it could be an avenue to pursue if you've got access to a printer and the parts it needs to fit.

I do not own a 3D printer, but there is a service near here with cheap prices.
Unfortunately I haven't found a STL model and I am not able to design these Caps.

https://www.fs.com/products/34924.html

This one places orders only for min qty=100, the total (importing tax excluded) with the cheapest service is 66,64 Euro.

Ummm
