Looking to buy AD636 to100-10 TRUE RMS to DC converter.

Hi
I have a defective HP3478A at home with a faulty input hybrid and the entire DC path.
It should have an AD636 installed, which is still working.
If i apply a voltage directly to the AD, i can measure something with it, as the AC path has a separate AD converter.
