WTB: FPGA Dev Kit - latticexp2 standard evaluation board

I am looking to buy a FPGA development platform like the latticexp2 standard evaluation board. I found some online but they ether had no features or way to many and super expensive. I am looking for something about the $100 range. The features that are desired.

-USB interface
-onboard switches
-onboard segmented display
-RS-232 interface

This is the board that I am currently using at work and I like it alot. Please let me know if anyone wants one off their hands.
