WTB: General Electric Solid State Lamps (SSL-1) Early LED's

Been on the hunt for early old LED's (visible light emitting) made between 1967-1971. Manufactured by General Electric or Monsanto. They were packaged in a modified transistor case (TO-29) and don't put out much light. If anyone has a GE SSL-1, SSL-2, SSL-3, or SSL-4 I'd love to talk about giving it a second life!
