If they are the same size as a HP6632B knob then I should have a few. Postage won't be cheap.

The appearance is similar.  I need diameter 13mm / diameter 16.35mm and height of 16mm.

same problem here, my power supply E3614A is missing one knob, Agilent  Part nr.  5041-8621
Agilent/Keysight have them in stock  (cost euro 1.86)  but have to buy 40 to reach their minimum order 
Any kind soul , having regular orders with them, would be so kind to buy one and send it to me  ?   Would PayPal all the cost, of course.
BTW browsing around, I discovered this knob is VERY similar to the 0370-3238 which is mounted on my 6632B  In case someone have a spare I could adapt it to my need
