WTB - Old oscilloscope for beginner 150-175$ Max - Aus only

Hi I am looking to buy an old oscilloscope, I have tried Ebay, Gumtree and craigslist But i can't find anything in my price range.
I am able to pay 150-175$ plus postage.

A Tek 502 currently at $5.50? A Digitech currently at $31 (though that's relisted after not selling for ~$72 last time)?
