yet, it is AM27C020-150JC, however the ST M27C2001 PLCC32 could be a replacement for it.

I do not have EEPROM programmer which supports that type of EEPROM - so I'm looking to buy:
- ready programmed chip.
or
- buy a chip and send it for programming.

I do chip programming about 60% of my business right now my equipment supports it. If You buy the chips (Drop Ship) and provide postage form the USA to You ill burn one for ya. 

The Only issue with it is finding a reliable source for these older chips that are real and/or actually blank. Maybe a AT29C020 256X8 flash could work you would need to look at the data sheet.

Some of my clients will only buy the UV or Flash variants if compatible now days due to the poor one time programmable market selling used as new.
