WTB: Sony/Tektronix AWG2021 floppy disks.

I'm looking to find either actual disks or the files from them. Namely the "Sample waveform" floppy and the "Check/Adjustment" disk (063-2171-XX) that came with the service manual.

Would rather have the files but I could send a few dollars for floppies if you don't want to bother extracting them.

Finally got ahold of a waveform disk. I've placed a zip of the disk on the TekScopes files section:

Hi,
I am searching a copy of the files included in the true AWG2021 sample waveform disk. According a 12/96 flyer, its reference is 063-0970-00 but you seem to have upload a different one on the Groups.io Tekscope forum.

Unhappily, the files uploaded in your zip are almost all corrupted. I can't read them, either within my AWG2021 either with ArbExpress or the old Wavewriter. In the root directory, only the LORENTZ, MDSK_RD, MDSK_WR, NYQUIST and PWM .WFM files do work. In the NTSC directory, all the files (WFM and EQU) are rejected by the AWG2021.

Would it be possible to read again the original disk and send me a new zip file ?
