WTB/LFS (UK) Gould 4070/4072/4074 Complete Operator/User Manual

Has anyone got a complete copy of the Gould 4070/4072/4074 User/Operator Manual they can scan the even pages 2, 4, 6, etc., up to Page 70 please?

There only seems to be one copy online, which some stupid clot has only managed to scan the odd pages out of – the whole book is 72–74 pages, not 37!
