Power supply 12volt need to increase 14volt

Hi All.

need to increase server power supply 12volt to 14 volt for battery charger. how to modify please advise.

Add a 2V battery in series.  :)

No serious, you write no typenr no specifications no pictures nothing, do you know how many server supplies there are in the world ?
Your chances are slim though, best bet is to find a potentiometer where you can fine adjust the output voltage, to find it we need pictures of the pcb.

If it's a surplus HP server PSU, disabling the OVP takes quite a bit of rework. I think there are actually two OVP mechanisms that I had to disable in the 1200W that I hacked into a charger for a 4S LiMn pack. And then a bit more hacking to turn it into a current source instead of a voltage source like it was originally.
