The answer is taobao.com, search in Tabao by using the marking code as keyword, you will find it has never been so easy!  :-DD

Thank-you, this is very helpful.  I also got traction doing the same thing on www.Ali-Express.com (http://www.AliExpress.com).

Also, note that characters sequences that appear to start with upper case 'I' may actually be a vertical bar that must be omitted from your search.  The attached photo marking code "IP5MW" was identified by searching TSOP23 and P5  (Searching more than two or three leading chars will yield poor results as trailing chars may be date codes)
Resulting part number: MP2370 (Datasheet attached, to see the vertical bar in the marking code)
