I wonder how much they'd gain if they used helium instead of nitrogen.

Awesome, the world is beautiful just for having crazy guys like this in it!  :D

Anyone know what that cool machine was, that they used for making the graphics on the control panel?

I'd guess, ballpark (pun intended ;) ) around an annual salary.  Give or take if the guys are contracted or volunteer, and just how much material and machining cost went into it (did they volunteer their own machines, or contract out to a CNC house?).

With 8M subscribers worth of YT bux and Patreon supporters, that sounds very plausible.

I'm rather concerned that he never mentioned hydrotesting it.  750 PSI gas was the first and highest pressure it'd been brought up to?  :scared:

I was also surprised when he said 750 Psi without mentioning any prior testing, but they seem competent enough so i'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

I think i saw somewhere that a youtuber by the name of MisterBeast spent about 10 million last year.
So i think they had a couple bucks to spare.

The first test at the shop shown in the video was 300 psi. When they were set up out in the field they were planing on 750 psi but while pressurizing the vacuum was dropping, so they fired at somewhat over 500 psi.

His day job is developing and testing weapons, apparently at the Redstone Arsenal. So he seems quite qualified to design, build, and test devices like this.
