With the same capacitance and voltage rating. Is 0805 capacitor has an advantage compare to 0603 in terms of performance?

You really have to look at the datasheet of each resistor and consider the dielectric type, the derating for a particular voltage and other things. With just this basic information available (0805 vs 0603 one can not tell you that one always wins over the other)
