100000:1 Santa Scanner VCO confirmed. Have you been naughty or nice?

Such a scanner was regarded as an urban legend so far. 
Not anymore!  Partial schematics have been leaked online.

These blocks are under intense scrutiny and test right now.
This is a replica of the VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator):



Input voltage range (Vcc):  0.5V ... 6.5V (it can oscillate even at Vcc = 0.5V  )
Output frequency range:  400Hz ... 40MHz (F sweep range is 100_000:1  )

Lab notes:  impressing performance measured, the big picture is still missing.

Does anybody happen to have other interesting blocks under test right now?
