  The US representative there, John Kerry, is an idiot plain and simple. Nearly everyone in the US realized that when he gave numerous speeches when he attempted to run for the presidency a few years ago. He is a zealot with no common sense and he can't do basic math and it willing to sacrifice anyone or any industry or any country's national economy for his unrealistic climate demands.   IMO the US couldn't possibly have found a representative with LESS credibility than John Kerry!

   Between people like John Kerry being a part of it and the protestors that were constantly jumping up on the stage and screaming out their demands and the protestors blocking the entrance to the building, the entire event was a pathetic joke.

If you mean it's a scam in that it's being held by an oil state and governed by an oil executive who literally has said that the fossil fuel industry will bring the change we need () then you're dead right.

simulate or predict the weather 20 to 30 yrs into the future.
