Cannot speak to your question from a position of actual experience but I found this on AD’s website:
NOTE: Charge injection is usually specified on the data sheet under these matched conditions, i.e., VSOURCE = 0 V. Under these conditions,the charge injection of most switches is usually quite good in the order of 2 to 3 pC max. However the charge injection will increase for other values of VSOURCE, to an extent depending on the individual switch. Many data sheets will show a graph of charge injection as a function of Source voltage.
My swag: Given the NXP part isn’t a specialized exotic switch, comparing it to switches that have the charge injection specified leads me to believe the datasheet units should have been nC rather than pC.
