I think that his name is James Clerk Maxwell.

Yes, but it is pronounced “Clark”.

The narrator mispronounces Clerk.  His enunciation sucks and I could only guess at much of what he was saying.

I did not check out the video, but the correct pronunciation of his name is "Clark" even though it is spelled "Clerk".
