I was randomly trawling the web for perhaps a leaked datasheet (long story short, just a xDSL modem thingy with a MIPS CPU I wanna tinker with), and I stumbled upon this:

 ??? ??? ???

Some of the threads have whole PADS/Altium files for the design attached, BoM's, the works. What do you guys make of that? I don't think they were originally intended to be open hardware  ;D

Looks like PUDN, but for hardware. Seems like a good resource.

Heh, I know  :D :D :D , it's just that I don't have $ enough to sign an NDA with Broadcom. Whilst I think more things should have schematics available (I'm all for Right to Repair), providing the original project/artwork files, well, it is a no-no for closed hardware, no matter how you spin it - even more so in a country where copyright is worth as much as a three dollar bill. I am kinda appalled to see that sort of stuff go unchallenged.

I don't give a shit, they keep reducing quality, maintaining poor service and obsfurating

+you can get repair scams on boutique items. not to mention you get threatened with pandoras box with voided warrentees.

and they have some great 'steals' there too. a max232 PCB. Wow, you need aladin to figure that shit out!
