CE approval consultant - Toronto area?

Can anyone recommend someone/firm experienced in getting products approved for the European market (CE mark). Needs to be somewhere near Toronto/GTA.

Two products:
1) 50W power supply
2) Residential LED light

Assuming the products will meet the safety and EMC requirements (already passed pre-scan),  roughly what budget $, to produce the appropriate CE documentation and have official compliance reports for safety and EMC? (per product)

CE is a rather voluntary thing , I wouldn't worry about it at all.
Get a decent approval mark (CSA, ULc, ETL or something similiar) and slap a CE sticker on it if it makes you feel better.
