Adjustable motion detector light bulbs gone – why?
« on: December 13, 2023, 04:12:42 pm »
These Elrigs bulbs worked perfectly for my applications but are now suddenly unavailable anywhere.  Found some on Ebay, ordered and paid for them, was informed by the seller that they had none.  I believe they use microwave motion detection.  Three adjustments control motion and light sensitivity and time on.  I can find no equivalent product.  Anyone know what’s going on here?  Suitable replacement?

Many thanks 0999.  Using your link as a starting point, I did manage to find and order an equivalent for 120V.

It seems a bit wasteful to replace the whole thing, when the lamp goes.

I had a quick look and found these. No doubt a 120V version can be found in the US.

In some cases this wouldn't fit whereas the lamp with built in detector will. But good to know these exist.
