All boils down to essentially random luck of who hits refresh just in time in the 20 minute window they announce. Well and network latency as we just found out. Though the odds are better than usual. On the first one I was page view #21 - not terrible. Now, if Agilent would think about something for those who spent the night chasing teh scope (and not just point them to an auction for one at $3k..)
