Hi all,
In our data logger we have a small hole for inserting an SD card as part of our end plate.
We're looking for low cost rubber closing mechanisms for this - I've seen these on other products, e.g.:
https://www.kvaser.com/whatever-your-data-logging-needs-kvaser-now-has-a-memorator-to-suit/ (https://www.kvaser.com/whatever-your-data-logging-needs-kvaser-now-has-a-memorator-to-suit/)
However, I've been unable to find these anywhere - I guess I lack the right name for searching for it.
Any tips?
Thanks,
Martin

I have not come across these as a standard part. Would assume that they are custom made, just like the plastic enclosure of the example product you showed?

If you don't need long term availability, you could mill a slot and hole for a dust protector from a Sony Xperia. Those are all over ebay.

3D print some out of TPU?

Not sure if something like this might work for you? Had seen USB ports like this figured someone must do SD card.

Maybe cast some silicone into milled molds?

You could mold your own out of Sugaru.
Unbeatable combination of quick, easy, and cheap.
