Analog Oscilloscope
« on: November 23, 2012, 01:42:10 am »
Howdy Folks,

Looking for a specific analog oscilloscope - NIDA 207 - for use in my training activities. I need a few that are in good working condition. If you have any that you can spare, I would be willing to buy it from you. It needs to be fully functional and ready for use. At a minimum I need both the channels working and the ability to trigger each channel. Thanks for a speedy response. Also, if you possess expertise with fixing this machine, I would love to talk to you. Thanks.

I will not bother to respond to your request until you ammend your profile to show which country you are in. Where you live in relation to where another member lives DOES make a huge difference

No matter where you are i suggest looking away from that scope, because it's really REALLY unbelievably basic. Only goes down to 0.5V  :--
And this is the wrong section

There's probably some dickhead who wrote a standardized curriculum 20 years ago, requiring that specific model, and no one bothered to review it.
Personally, today, I would buy a mixed bag of used, but working analog scopes, then perhaps have students rotate between various scopes between sessions. A little bit less predictable, at the risk of making students have to (shudder) adapt and figure things out.
Whoa! How the hell did Dave know that Bob is my uncle? Amazing!
