Rotary switches (4P4T & 4+P4T)

I've been looking for reasonable rotary switches with 4 poles and 4 terminals to switch 4 signals.  I can find lots of 3P4T or 4P3T but the only choice I can find for 4P4T of the cheap Chinese multi plate ones.  I've bought these but they have numerous issues - they are completely open causing lots of dirt ingress, they require excessive force to turn, using excessive force bends them causing distortion to the mechanism which in turn means more force before they fail.

I have found some at £60+ but I'm looking for under £10 or at least in that region.  Also I would like it to not get much larger that the 3x4 and 4x3 ones that fill Ebay.

Any ideas/pointers?   Preferably with cheap postage or UK
