Another colour band identification assistance please

Is it the colors that you can't tell or given the colors, the interpretation?  The two colors that are indistinct to me are brown and violet.  However, in what you show, the brown seems obvious.

Also exercises the skill of immediately reading standard resistor values. Got them all in about 3 seconds.

Yep, a good ten second test for an EE. I said 1K8 for the last > fail! Been a long time since I needed to know this, what with SMD resistors having numbers on them.

Would make a good 'christmas quiz' question: What is the min and max value in ohms of these resistors in wired in series, or in parallel?
