Another Farnell screwup...

mikeselectricstuff:
How on earth do you manage to confuse some screws with a tube of silicone...?

Oh well it might come in handy & I'm about 3 quid up on the deal...

Mechatrommer:
this is what happen when different person takes the order and another person do the packaging, and many many persons and jobs in between.

david77:
My last Farnell screw-up cost them nearly 100EUR   ::)

I ordered some small DC-DC converter and got this:

I don't know what to do with it yet, but I'm sure I'll find a use someday...

That's what happens when you employ not-so-well trained people in your warehouse...

I have had this a lot with Farnell, however.... they always restore their mistakes. Where people work they make mistakes, so cheer up  :)

Also.... a few times I order about 5 decades of the E96 range of SMD resistors, without a single error. Must have cost some order picker a whole day  ;D

Oh, and why don't they do what RS did (still do?) and provide  single order codes for a series of parts, e.g. a complete decade of R's..
