But yeah, if you read the 5 start comments there are people that actually think this stuff works.
But extend your fun by looking at what other items those 5 star reviews have reviewed airplane chemtrails and other wacky things, survivalists, etc.. great fun reading those reviewers reviews, but only the 5 star ones are funny and scary at the same time, the 1 stars are just people with common sense trying to sway the vote.

Or take a lithium battery and open it up and dunk in a glass of water. Then gently boil till no smell and then drink when cold.

No, no you are using the wrong form. You need to use methanol, preferably as pure as you can get it, and preferably in litre lots drunk within 2 minutes, Russian style. Gets the voices quiet, and as a bonus also means you will not be able to see them after about the third shot. If you are in Siberia also ensures you cannot get frostbite till it reaches -78C
