What are the "MILS" angle units used in the video?
1/6400 of a circle for NATO counties/equipment, 1/6000 of a circle for soviet/ex-soviet/warsaw pact equipment.

About a milliradian but not exactly. For easier math, and presumably gearing on equipment. (I.e. How do you get a 1/62.83 reduction on an artillery piece where a handle is 100 mil/rev,  vs 1/64 or 1/60)
