Definitely looks staged to me. There are plenty of pictures of circuit breakers melted and burned elsewhere on the Internet, and what's common in those is that the actual switch levers are usually intact and the last to show any signs of damage. They probably blasted them with a heat gun.

That's a shame Photonicinduction could have had a great time with it.

He could have got it to light up and arc before it melted to sludge..
