Any idea who OEMs this DMM? Milwaukee 2217-20

Grainger says USA but thats wrong, other sites list Taiwan. Manual says printed in Taiwan.
Milwaukee is part of TTI group. Packaging is cheap clamshell and leads look fairly cheapish.

They also have a black on white display model, and a clamp meter:

The style is a bit similar to Kaiweets: https://kaiweets.com/collections/all but thats not Taiwan

I would guess Milwaukee gave their specs and feature list, as well as the need for a distinctive enclosure, to a contract OEM.
Because they are liable, the product will have proper fuses and 61010 approvals. Like Greenlee. What I can find...
