I am no expert.  Matter that exhibits magnetism tends to be paramagnetic, ferromagnetic with unpaired electronics.  Matter that exhibits, have characteristics of diamagnetic without unpaired electrons.  That story shows physicist Paul Marrow is able to make magnetic material in three dimension in a nano scale.  It is too early to have store bought products with this method.
